Before we became a real estate team, we learned how to navigate high-stakes decisions together—and how powerful it is to have someone in your corner.
Our love story is deeply intertwined with how we became REALTORS®. In fact, Sasha and I fell in love while house shopping.

We met while serving in the military. Both of us were stationed on the same Navy ship, where I, Anthony, worked as a logistics specialist focused on financial analysis. We were deployed together for six months, and at the time. Our relationship was professional and built on teamwork.
When we returned to San Diego, Sasha reached out and asked for help—she wanted to buy a house. I had already begun dabbling in real estate and was able to connect her with my lender. Sasha was a young Sailor, and I genuinely wanted to help her succeed. She later told me she trusted me because she saw me as someone who would look out for her best interests.

I remember picking her up to go look at houses. I was used to seeing Sasha in uniform, so when she stepped out wearing a dress with her hair down, I was amazed! I saw her in a completely different light. We were both on leave, which gave us time not only to tour homes but to browse furniture together. At first, Sasha saw me as a mentor and friend, but somewhere between open houses and furniture stores, something deeper began to grow.
While our feelings were developing, Sasha was also receiving questionable advice from her REALTOR®—misinformation, inconsistencies, and even outright lies. She shared her frustrations with me, and that was a turning point. I was already deeply interested in real estate, and I realized I wanted to help people avoid experiences like the one she was having. That’s when I decided to get my license.

My initial goal was simple: to help people. Yet, to my surprise, in my first year I became a runner-up for Rookie of the Year. That’s when it became clear that real estate wasn’t just a calling to help—it was also a real business opportunity.
Sasha and I eventually partnered up and became a real estate team. It’s been both challenging and rewarding. Like any business—and any marriage—we’ve experienced highs and lows. One of the toughest seasons came during COVID. I was deployed for 8 months, trying to support a growing real estate business from afar, while Sasha held everything together at home with our four children: Aliza, Anthony, Jenaveve, and Ezra. She was practically running the entire operation on her own, and it was hard on her—and on the business.
During that same time, we learned that our son Anthony has autism. Life changed overnight. We searched for answers and resources, often feeling frustrated with the lack of answers.

Despite everything, we kept moving forward—navigating family life and business side by side. Today, we’re incredibly proud of how much our real estate business has grown. I’m now a full-time agent and a licensed loan officer, which allows me to guide clients through both the home-buying and financing process with deeper expertise.
Outside of work, Sasha finds peace in gardening. I enjoy reading the newspaper as part of my morning ritual and riding motorcycles (although less nowadays). Our kids mean everything to us, and we’ve been finding ways to help Anthony Jr. with his communication.
Giving back is also important to us. Every Easter, we organize a large community gathering at the park—tacos, pizza, jump houses, ice cream, and neighbors coming together. What started small now fills the entire park, and it reminds us why we do what we do: to connect and help people feel at home. Whether you live on the east coast or west coast or anywhere in between we look forward to helping with your goal of home ownership.
What sets us apart as a team is simple: we are good people who genuinely want what’s best for our clients. We work with individuals from all walks of life, including many veterans, and we understand the unique challenges they face because we’ve lived them ourselves. We advocate for our clients as if we were advocating for our own family, always putting people over profit. That commitment to integrity and service has earned us Silver and Gold awards for team production year after year.
Because Anthony is also a licensed multi-state loan officer, we truly are a one-stop shop. We guide clients through financing, credit repair when needed, and the loan process itself. After closing, we continue to support our clients by teaching them how to protect their home, maintain equity, and invest in real estate responsibly. As a team, our clients benefit from two dedicated professionals working on their behalf at no extra cost—offering greater availability and two perspectives focused on one goal: helping clients succeed.
Sincerely,
